Trusting God When You Don’t Understand

Reflection

There are going to be moments when what God is doing simply doesn’t make sense to us.

We want to see the whole plan. We want to know how the situation will work out, when the answer will come, and what the next few steps will look like. But God often asks us to trust Him before we can see where He is leading.

You don’t have to understand everything to trust the One who does.

God sees what you cannot see. He knows what is around the corner. He knows which doors need to open, which need to remain closed, and exactly where He is leading you.

Today, don’t let the pressure of figuring everything out steal your peace. Take the next faithful step and trust God with the rest. ❤️

What’s one area of your life where God is asking you to trust Him even though you don’t fully understand what He’s doing?

Prayer

Father, help me trust You with all my heart today. When I don’t understand what You’re doing, remind me that You see what I cannot see. Give me peace when I’m tempted to worry and courage to take the next faithful step You put in front of me. I trust You to lead me. In Jesus’ name, amen. 🙏
